It's the first time this newer construction emerald gem is being offered as a week long summer vacation rental. You will get to experience the envious lifestyle of a stylish Saugatuck Douglas vacation homeowner. (Read on how TCH solves so many common big group/family vacations fun busters.)

The search is stressful! Finding & choosing the right house for a once a year trip is a lot of work and I’m here to help you decide if our house is right for you or not. Take your time to look at the pictures and the house specifications. Once that's all good, then please read on to find out things the pictures can’t tell you: The intangible aspects that you can't see but can make your vacation that much sweeter. As much as I love our house, every family's needs are different, and I want to ensure that you get as much accurate information as possible so all worries are pushed aside and that you feel excited about your upcoming vacation. I want to share with you WHY I think our house is really that special and how it solves so many common big group/family vacations fun busters. Who TCH is for:

This house is ideal for a group of nice people, who understand that this is OUR OWN dream vacation home and will take care of it like it is your own. We will do everything to make the place as enjoyable for your vacation as possible and ask that you take care of it like it is the high end place that it is. We have neighbors that we care about. Renters that will take care of it like their own and actually enjoy the fact that the house has a strict no loud noise curfew from 10pm - 9am. We do not tolerate loud groups.
